Key Accounts Executive

Role Summary- Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients while ensuring smooth coordination of orders, communication, and service delivery. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a high sense of ownership to maintain client satisfaction and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Account Management (60%)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.

•Track client requirements and ensure smooth communication between the client and operations team.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and proactive support.

2. Order Coordination & Client Support (25%)

• Manage end-to-end order coordination from order confirmation to dispatch.
• Follow up with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and client documentation.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

3. Reporting & Process Support (15%)

• Maintain client data and order details in CRM or internal systems.
• Prepare periodic reports related to client orders and account activities.
• Support the management team with insights on client requirements and business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Coordination, or Sales

Support roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups effectively
• High sense of ownership and accountability
