Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Kitchen Manager to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations within our office premises. The role primarily involves supervising kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene standards, managing supplies, and ensuring timely and efficient food service for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen and pantry operations within the office.
• Oversee kitchen staff scheduling, performance, and task allocation.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate meal planning, preparation, and service as per office requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of food items, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and track deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle kitchen budget, wastage control, and cost optimization.
• Address employee feedback related to kitchen services.

Requirements

• Prior experience in kitchen supervision, hospitality, or facilities management preferred.
• Strong organizational and people management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced office environment.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
