Job Description
Job Tittle: Banking KYC
Key Responsibilities
- Bank Account Documentation
- Accurately fill out various bank account forms for payment integration
- Ensure correctness of customer information, organizational details, signatories, and supporting documents.
- Maintain updated records of all submitted and approved forms.
- KYC & Compliance
- Review and verify KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GST, MOA/BOA, Address Proof, Board Resolutions, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and documentation standards.
- Prepare and organize document sets as per bank-specific requirements.
- Bank Coordination
- Communicate with bank officials for clarifications, queries, document corrections, and status follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and documents.
- Maintain healthy relationships with multiple bank branches and representatives.
- Operational Support
- Maintain trackers / MIS for forms, KYC submissions, approvals, and pending actions.
- Ensure timely escalation and follow-up of any discrepancies.
- Support Treasury/Finance team in daily documentation and compliance tasks.
- Computer & Email Handling
- Draft professional emails to banks and internal teams.
- Work efficiently on MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF handling).
- Maintain proper electronic documentation and digital filing structure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of KYC norms, bank documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to fill bank forms accurately with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills—written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of computer operations, MS Office, and email etiquette.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups.
- Proactive, organized, and deadline‑oriented.
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in banking operations, finance documentation, treasury support, or back-office roles.
- Exposure to handling bank forms and corporate KYC documentation will be an added advantage.
