Job Description

Job Tittle: Banking KYC


Key Responsibilities

  • Bank Account Documentation
  • Accurately fill out various bank account forms for payment integration
  • Ensure correctness of customer information, organizational details, signatories, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain updated records of all submitted and approved forms.
  • KYC & Compliance
  • Review and verify KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GST, MOA/BOA, Address Proof, Board Resolutions, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and documentation standards.
  • Prepare and organize document sets as per bank-specific requirements.
  • Bank Coordination
  • Communicate with bank officials for clarifications, queries, document corrections, and status follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and documents.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with multiple bank branches and representatives.
  • Operational Support
  • Maintain trackers / MIS for forms, KYC submissions, approvals, and pending actions.
  • Ensure timely escalation and follow-up of any discrepancies.
  • Support Treasury/Finance team in daily documentation and compliance tasks.
  • Computer & Email Handling
  • Draft professional emails to banks and internal teams.
  • Work efficiently on MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF handling).
  • Maintain proper electronic documentation and digital filing structure.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of KYC norms, bank documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to fill bank forms accurately with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of computer operations, MS Office, and email etiquette.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups.
  • Proactive, organized, and deadline‑oriented.



Preferred Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in banking operations, finance documentation, treasury support, or back-office roles.
  • Exposure to handling bank forms and corporate KYC documentation will be an added advantage.
