Job Title: Lab Chemist

Department: Quality Control / R&D

Location: Kathwada, Odhav (Ahmedabad)

Shift: 12-Hour Rotational Shifts (15 Days Morning, 15 Days Night)

Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Chemist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical testing, operating HPLC instruments, analyzing final products, and supporting R&D activities. The role involves working in rotational shifts and requires hands-on experience in analytical techniques within the chemical/pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine chemical testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and final products
• Operate and maintain HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and other laboratory instruments
• Conduct and document R&D experiments as required
• Prepare test reports, maintain lab documentation, and ensure data accuracy
• Follow established SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Support process improvements and troubleshooting for analytical challenges
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure safe handling of chemicals
• Collaborate with quality control, production, and R&D teams

Job Requirements:

Education:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in laboratory testing and analysis (preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industries)
• Experience with HPLC operation and troubleshooting is mandatory
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered
