Laboratory Technician

• Conducting Tests & Experiments Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Use lab instruments like microscopes, centrifuges, and analyzers
• Recording & Analysing Data Accurately record test results
• Maintain laboratory records and reports
• Assist in interpreting findings (depending on role)
• Equipment Maintenance Clean, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Ensure proper functioning of instruments

Safety & Compliance Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards

• Dispose of hazardous materials properly
• Ensure compliance with regulations (like ISO, GLP, or NABL in India)
• Inventory Management Monitor stock of lab supplies
• Order and restock chemicals and materials
• Maintain inventory records
• Supporting Research/Medical Staff Assist doctors
• Help in experiments, clinical trials, or diagnostic procedures
