Labour Helper/Mazdoor

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Helper to assist with general tasks and support skilled workers in various trades. The ideal candidate will provide assistance in a wide range of duties, helping ensure smooth operations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance to Skilled Workers:

• Provide support to skilled tradespeople such as electricians, welders, carpenters, or fitters by handing tools, materials, or other resources as needed.
• Assist in setting up workstations, including preparing materials and ensuring proper tool availability.
• Aid in the transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from work areas.
• General Labor:

• Perform routine manual labor tasks, including cleaning work areas, disposing of waste, and maintaining a tidy and safe work environment.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment to ensure they are readily available.
• Assist in the assembly, construction, or installation of components as required by the project.
• Support for Projects:

• Assist in simple tasks like measuring, cutting, or preparing materials under the guidance of a skilled worker.
• Help with basic installations or repairs under the supervision of senior staff.
• Provide any necessary assistance in moving or securing materials during project execution.
• Safety and Cleanliness:

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are stored correctly to prevent accidents.

Qualifications:
