Job Description
- Operate laser cutting machines (CNC/laser) to cut materials as per design specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Set up machine parameters such as speed, power, and alignment.
- Load and unload raw materials onto the machine.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accurate cutting and quality output.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, defects, and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems.
- Maintain proper documentation of production work.
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- Experience in operating laser cutting or CNC machines preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of machine programming (CAD/CAM is an advantage).
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
