Job Description
पद का नाम: लेथ मशीन ऑपरेटरअनुभव: 3 से 6 वर्ष (फ्रेशर जिनके पास प्रैक्टिकल नॉलेज हो, आवेदन कर सकते हैं)
वेतन: कौशल एवं अनुभव के अनुसार
शैक्षणिक योग्यता: ITI / डिप्लोमा (मैकेनिकल) या संबंधित कार्य अनुभव
- कार्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:पारंपरिक लेथ मशीन का संचालन करना
- इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग एवं जॉब स्पेसिफिकेशन को समझना
- टर्निंग, फेसिंग, थ्रेडिंग, ड्रिलिंग एवं बोरिंग ऑपरेशन करना
- वर्नियर कैलिपर, माइक्रोमीटर एवं अन्य माप उपकरणों का उपयोग करना
- मशीन की सटीकता बनाए रखना एवं बेसिक मेंटेनेंस करना
- तैयार किए गए पार्ट्स की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना
- फैक्ट्री के सुरक्षा नियमों एवं अनुशासन का पालन करना
आवश्यक कौशल:
- लेथ मशीन संचालन का अच्छा ज्ञान
- मैकेनिकल ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने की क्षमता
- कटिंग टूल्स एवं माप उपकरणों की जानकारी
- गुणवत्ता, सुरक्षा एवं उत्पादन पर ध्यान
