Lead - Business Finance Revenue Assurance

Stakeholder Management: Act as the key interface for senior stakeholders including CFOs, Financial Controllers, and GCC Tower Leads to align revenue assurance priorities. Lead cross-functional discussions to resolve structural gaps, promote alignment with business objectives, and drive stakeholder accountability.

Compliance Management: Ensure processes are compliant with internal policies, external regulations, and audit frameworks (internal/external/statutory). Drive audit preparedness and ensure proactive closure of audit findings with zero non-compliance incidents.

Process Improvement: Champion end-to-end process transformation through automation, digitization, and simplification across transitioned and legacy processes. Oversee design and implementation of RPA, macros, and intelligent automation solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Risk Management: Establish robust preventive and detective controls to minimize revenue leakage, receivables exposure, and compliance risks. Regularly assess and refine internal controls in collaboration with process leads and internal audit teams.

Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure that revenue assurance services across entities meet defined KPIs, SLAs, and KRAs for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. Identify and eliminate service delivery gaps by providing functional guidance to Process Leads and Team Leads.

Process Transition & Change Management: Drive seamless transition of revenue assurance processes to shared services or new operational models, ensuring readiness and capability. Lead change management initiatives to embed process discipline, automation, and ownership in business teams.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track performance across the revenue assurance function via dashboards, governance reviews, and compliance metrics. Report out process maturity, automation impact, and compliance status to finance leadership and process councils.

Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

CA, Inter CA, CMA, MBA (finance) from Tier I or II university
