Lead-Capacity & Capability Building - Partner Capability Building (Organic)
Responsibilities
Capability Building Program Implementation:
Translate strategic capability goals into executable learning and enablement programs tailored to each business unit’s operational reality, structural complexity, and maturity level.
Drive on-ground implementation, ensuring that programs include role-relevant learning paths, actionable timelines, measurable outcomes, and feedback mechanisms that support both immediate upskilling and role transitions.
Learning Lifecycle Execution:
Design and roll out learning initiatives that span the full capability lifecycle—from short-term performance boosters to mid-level cross-functional reskilling and long-term leadership readiness.
Ensure learning programs are job-role aligned, directly linked to performance KPIs, and structured to help individuals grow within their current roles or transition to new ones, working closely with HR, L&D, and business teams.
Digital Adoption & Enablement Execution:
Drive digital tool adoption among internal teams and external partners by enabling role-specific workflows, conducting readiness assessments, and coaching teams on how to use digital tools effectively.
Design and manage pilots and real-world proofs-of-concept that support adoption while minimizing disruption, and ensure new tools help teams perform better, not just differently.
Process & Governance Enablement:
Support BUs in identifying process gaps, role inefficiencies, and governance issues. Facilitate the shift toward lean, standardized operating models that empower individuals to own their roles and decision spaces more effectively.
Help institutionalize fit-for-purpose SOPs, review protocols, and role clarity frameworks that enable execution and accountability across partner and internal teams.
BU-Level Partner Enablement & Evaluation:
Conduct detailed evaluations of external partners (e.g., PMCs, consultants, EPC contractors) by assessing technical capabilities, delivery track records, and benchmarking against industry best-in-class performance metrics.
Collaborate with BUs and procurement to co-create partner-specific enablement roadmaps focused on bridging capability gaps, informed by benchmarked standards and evolving project needs.
Integrate ongoing benchmarking of partner performance to track improvements over time and ensure alignment with organizational expectations and future project complexity.
Contracting Enablement:
Implement contracting strategies by aligning partner capability development with project delivery expectations.
Track metrics such as partner responsiveness, execution quality, and team role adaptability to identify improvement opportunities and recommend support interventions for smoother implementation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a hands-on partner to BU leads, functional managers, and project consultants, facilitating feedback loops that surface challenges related to skills, structure, or partner integration.
Co-create practical, role-focused interventions that enable smoother transitions, better execution, and improved alignment between capability programs and on-ground needs.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Certification in Capability Development / Learning & Development / Contracting / Business Analytics is an added advantage
Work Experience:
12+ years of total experience, with at least 3–5 years in a mid-to-senior role focusing on partner capability, organization design, or talent transformation programs
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the Adani Group, ideally in roles involving cross-BU collaboration or project governance
Experience working with or managing external stakeholders such as PMCs, contractors, and consultants is essential
