Job Description

 Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess customer needs and generate leads. 

 Qualify leads through cold calling and visit data to identify potential opportunities. 

 Present product features, address customer inquiries, and overcome objections. 

 Maintain accurate customer data and resolve complaints while building long-term relationships. 

 Meet sales quotas, schedule meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction. 

 Regularly share product updates with clients. 

 Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings. 

 Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly demo reports. 

 Track and record lead generation activities, deal progress, and call data. 

 Provide constructive feedback on negative demos to improve future performance. 

 Validate and track deals closed, ensuring data accuracy and lead status. 

 Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients and arrange demos. 

 Coordinate with the sales team to track lead progress and encourage conversion. 

 Maintain relationships with existing customers to promote additional products after software expiry. 

 Assign leads from event data, internal departments, and previous months’ data to the sales team. 

 Follow up with team members to monitor closure status of assigned leads.
