Job Description
Business Development Representative (BDR) – Security Systems
Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad | Experience: 6 months–2 years | Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing Fire & Security Systems team. As a BDR, you will play a key role in developing our dealer and integrator network, handling marketing-generated leads, and building strong business opportunities for our Sales Managers to close.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with marketing leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
· Qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and update CRM.
· Nurture prospects with product info, case studies, and follow-ups.
· Reach out to dealers, system integrators, and consultants to create new partnerships.
· Schedule intro/discovery meetings for Sales Managers.
· Maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
· Share regular feedback with Marketing on lead quality & campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
· Graduate, with 0–2 years’ experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles,
· Male/Female candidates can apply. (No field work, work from office only)
· Excellent communication in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
· Familiarity with B2B sales (experience in fire/security/tech products is an advantage).
· Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
· Energetic, ambitious, and goal-driven personality.
