Responsibilities:
- Reply to 200–300 enquiries daily on WhatsApp, IndiaMART & Social Media
- Share catalogs, product photos, prices & guide customers
- Convert enquiries into leads and take follow-ups
- Maintain lead sheet on Excel/Google Sheets
- Handle social media DMs & comments
- Coordinate with sales team for order closing
Skills Required:
