🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a smart, motivated Lead Generation Executive who can identify, qualify, and generate potential business leads through online and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, communication, and business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through:

LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, databases, and networking

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria

Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Excel

Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn messages, or calls

Coordinate with sales/business development teams for lead handover

Track daily/weekly lead generation targets and report performance

Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers

Support marketing campaigns with data and lead insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Final-year student (any stream)

Basic understanding of B2B / B2C lead generation

Strong communication skills (English & Gujarati; regional language is a plus)

Comfortable with tools like:

LinkedIn, Google Search

MS Excel / Google Sheets

Willingness to learn sales funnels, CRM tools, and outreach strategies

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven mindset

⭐ Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, or similar tools

Prior internship or exposure to sales / marketing

Email marketing or cold outreach experience
