What You'll Do:

✅ Create & manage lead generation campaigns on Meta and Google Ads

✅ Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs

✅ Track and report on lead metrics and ROI

✅ A/B test campaigns to improve conversion rates

What We're Looking For:

✔ 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads

✔ Strong understanding of KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)

✔ Knowledge of lead tracking and analytics tools

✔ Analytical skills with data-driven decision making
