Job Description: Telesales Executive – Australian Process

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Work Timings: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Australian Shift)

Role Overview:

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to engage with customers for the Australian market. This role involves end-to-end customer interaction, product explanation, and assisting customers through the process for Solar, Hot Water Systems, and Air Conditioning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Australian customers
• Handle end-to-end customer communication from introduction to completion
• Explain products clearly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate call and customer records
• Meet assigned performance and quality benchmarks
• Follow compliance and process guidelines

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
• Available for Australian shift timings (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM)

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Experience in Australian calling or energy products is an added advantage
