Lead Interface - Technical

Responsibilities

Faciliating Interfaces between Designated contractors, Adjacent Contrators & Principal Contractors                       

Organizing  Interface meetings with and among various stakeholders and vendors               

Preparing the Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for all appropriate meetings                   

Co-ordinating Interface Agreement Processes                         

Maintaining Interface Request data in order to ensure that the approvals and procedures takes place in stipulated time             

Collection of required information and ensuring its acessibility to appropriate stakeholders              

Overseeing the commissioning of various activities by various vendors, stakeholders.                        

Responsible for monitoring the interface resolution of each interface                       

Supporting Project Management Team in preparing communications and instructions to various vendors and other stakeholders                   

Maintaining Interface Register and regularly creating and updating Interface Control Documents                

Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports                     

Responsible for conducting and managing trend analysis for project incidents which are relevant to Interface process                        

Reporting to Lead Interface Engineer in terms of potential conflicts and all critical areas                 

Regularly conducting Interface process-related workshops and ensuring involvement of all relevant stakeholders in the workshop              

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:                               

Bachelors degree of Engineering in Any Specialization. Mechanical, Civil & Electrical are preferable                                     

Experiences:                             

Candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Management preferably in Interface                               

Understood, handled & designed packages in piping, pulling towers, warehouses & tanks                             

Hands-on Experience in acting as an Interface between vendors, client, departments in company                            

Exposure of Interface management in Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Operating                                    

Skills:

Professionally skilled in Leadership, prioritizing tasks, supervising                          

Candidate must necessarily be able to work in Teams, and should reflect the qualities of a Team Player                               

Excellent Interpersonal Skills and should have strong Written and Verbal communication skills                                

Highly Skilled in Conflict Management and Liasoing                           

Candidate must be aware of whole project life cycle                          

Proficiency in MS Office
