Lead - Mechanical

Exposure of engineering deliverable like Mechanical data sheet, Material requisition & Technical bid evaluation.                        

Technical specifications preparation, bid review, bid clarification meetings,              

Interdisciplinary coordination and understanding of interfaces with the other disciplines.                

Vendor selection, vendor document review, participation in model & design review meetings and associated elements.                      

Handling technical queries from site workers, vendors, quality assurance agents and corresponding personnel.                        

Designing/Review of Pressure Vessels as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1 & 2, Heat Exchangers as per ASME/API/TEMA/HTRI and other industry standards, Storage Tanks as per API 650/620/Indian codes.                    

Handling equipment like Pressure Vessels, including Reactors, Column & Internals, Air coolers, Filters and allied equipment, Storage Tanks, FRP Vessels, Furnace and Refractory Lined Equipments, Flairs etc.                     

Exposure of handling enginnering activities of package equipment having static items like Boilers, DM water, PSA etc                        

Vendor management includes evaluation, shop visit, technical clarifications.                        

Participation in Project and design review meetings               

Educational Qualification:                               

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical from a reputed institute/university.                                   

Experiences:                             

15+ years relevant experience in the similar role in a reputed organization for basic and detailed of Projects for refinery, chemical and petrochemical industries including coordination with the licensors, PMCs, Vendors and other external stakeholders.
