Lead - Platforms & Technology

 

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of technology-driven projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and budgets. 

• Address complex technical challenges and proactively mitigate risks to ensure the successful deployment of solutions. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum designers, trainers, and industry partners, to align technology goals with ASE’s skill development objectives. 

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence. 

• Drive process improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and leveraging advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency. 

• Engage with OEMs, vendors, and technology partners to evaluate, build, integrate, and support scalable and sustainable solutions. 

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure for software development and deployment, ensuring robust and secure platforms. 

• Ensure the integration of digital tools and platforms that enhance the delivery and monitoring of skill development programs. 

• Support the development of data-driven insights to measure the impact of training programs and inform strategic decision-making. 

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within ASE’s operations. 

Educational Background 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 

• Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in technology management or related fields are preferred. 

 

Years & Type of Experience 

 

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects. 

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
