Techno-Commercial Lead - Civil & Infrastructure Projects

Planning & Execution 

• Formulate techno-commercial plan for civil, infrastructure, and other engineering projects. 

• Drive cost optimization and profitability across all project categories. 

Cost Estimation & Budgeting 

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works and other projects (mechanical, electrical, industrial). 

• Monitor budgets and implement corrective measures for cost control. 

Contract Management 

• Review and negotiate contracts for multi-disciplinary projects. 

• Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and commercial terms. 

Vendor & Procurement Management 

• Source and manage vendors for civil, infrastructure, and other specialized works. 

• Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings. 

Technical Evaluation 

• Collaborate with engineering teams across disciplines to validate technical specifications. 

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory norms. 

Risk Management 

• Identify risks across diverse projects and develop mitigation strategies. 

• Ensure timely statutory approvals and compliance. 

Stakeholder Coordination 

• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external agencies for smooth execution. 

• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and financial performance.
