Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive who can handle bulk land documentation for real estate documentations. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in drafting and reviewing documents in English and Gujarati, with good knowledge of land laws, property records, and legal procedures related to buying and selling land.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and finalize agreements, sale deeds, MoUs, power of attorney, and other land-related documents.

Prepare and verify bulk land purchase and sale documentation.

Review land records, 7/12 extracts, property cards, revenue documents, and government approvals.

Coordinate with landowners, government offices, legal advisors, and internal departments.

Ensure all documents are legally compliant and accurate in both Gujarati and English.

Maintain proper documentation records and file management.

Support due diligence process for land acquisition and land sale.

Identify risks or errors in documents and suggest corrections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

2–5+ years of experience.

Strong command over Gujarati and English reading, writing, and drafting.

Good understanding of property laws, revenue processes, and land documentation standards.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.

Ability to handle bulk documentation and meet deadlines.
