Litigation & Arbitration 

1. Handling and Assisting Arbitration and Litigation cases /matters PAN India.
2. Preparation of pleadings like claims, counter claims, written statements replies, Notes of arguments, Do good research, Vetting of documents, 
3. Coordinating with advocates.
4. Meeting and interacting with businesses, understanding of issues and facts.
5. Making strategy internally with Legal HOD and Business Head and teams.

Look after monthly MIS, Advocates bills and updating of case.

Essential: Candidate with LLB from a reputed institution.

Desired: LLM. 

PQE: 5 to 7 Years
