Job Title: Liaisoning / Collection Executive

Department: Accounts / Finance / Operations

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Reporting To: Senior Manager / Accounts Head / Admin Head



Job Summary:

The Liaisoning / Collection Executive will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth collection of payments, documentation follow-up, and compliance with company policies. The role involves field visits, relationship management, and timely recovery of dues.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients for payment collection as per due dates.
  • Maintain proper records of collections and outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with accounts department for payment updates and reconciliation.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Handle client queries regarding billing, invoicing, and payment details.
  • Visit client sites or offices when required for collection or documentation purposes.
  • Report daily collection updates and outstanding statements to management.
  • Support in preparing MIS reports related to collections.
  • Liaise with external parties (banks, clients, agencies) as required.
  • Ensure all documents (invoice copies, receipts, agreements) are properly filed and submitted.



Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to handle clients professionally.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
  • Good understanding of accounts and billing process.
  • Willingness to travel locally when required.



Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business / Any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in collection, liaisoning, or field coordination preferred.
  • Fresher with good communication and confidence can also apply.
