Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings for D2C website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining listings to enhance product visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage product listings for the Dermatouch website (Shopify platform).
• Ensure all product information—titles, descriptions, pricing, attributes, and images—are accurate and consistent.
• Optimize product pages for better visibility, SEO performance, and user experience.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product images, creatives, and promotional updates.
• Maintain product catalog, pricing, inventory, and discount structures on the website.
• Regularly audit listings for errors, inactive products, or incorrect data.
• Use CRM tools to track product performance, customer interactions, and sales trends.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely product availability.
• Assist in setting up new collections, bundles, or promotional categories on Shopify.
• Manage integrations with Shopify.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce website management or product listing (Shopify experience required).
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin Panel, WooCommerce, and CRM tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Understanding of SEO, keywords, and content optimization for product pages.
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Hands-on experience in managing Shopify store back-end operations.
