Loan Executive

• Promote and explain various loan products including personal loan, home loan, business loan, car loan, mortgage loan, etc.

• Guide clients in selecting suitable insurance policies (life, health, motor, property, accidental, etc.) as per their needs.

• Assist customers throughout the claim settlement process to ensure fast, smooth, and hassle-free resolution.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high satisfaction levels.

• Collect, verify, and maintain all customer documents as per company and regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare financial proposals, follow up on inquiries, and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and approvals.

• Coordinate with banks, insurance companies, and internal teams for smooth processing.
