Loan Manager

Job Title: Full-Time Manager – Cooperative Society

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Manager to oversee operations of a Cooperative Society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the society efficiently
• Handle and grow loan portfolios including Gold Loans, Mortgage Loans (LAP), Vehicle Loans, and Machinery Loans
• Evaluate loan applications, assess risk, and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain relationships with members, borrowers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies
• Monitor collections, repayments, and overall portfolio performance

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Gold Loans, LAP, Vehicle Loans, Machinery Loans, or similar lending roles
• Strong understanding of lending procedures, documentation, and risk assessment
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage operations independently and responsibly
