Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities

A. Export Documentation & Compliance

- Preparation of Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, COA and other export documents.

- Coordination with CHA and freight forwarders for customs clearance.

- Ensure compliance with export laws, DGFT norms, and international trade regulations.

B. BRC & Banking Coordination

- Track and maintain Bank Realization Certificates (BRC).

- Coordinate with banks for export documentation and foreign remittance.

- Maintain records of payment realization against shipments.

C. Shipment Planning & Execution

- Plan shipments as per delivery schedule and client requirements.

- Coordinate with warehouse, production, transporters and suppliers.

- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery issues.

D. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

- Monitor stock movement and dispatch planning.

- Ensure proper packing, labeling and compliance before dispatch.

E. Reporting & Record Management

- Maintain Daily / Weekly / Monthly Logistics MIS.

- Maintain export file records and documentation checklist.

- Support internal and external audit requirements.
