Logistics Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

·        Coordinate with courier and transport partners for booking and scheduling shipments.

·        Monitor and track shipment progress from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely updates.

·        Address and resolve shipping issues, such as delayed or lost shipments, by raising and following up on complaints with service providers.

·        Maintain strong relationships with transport and courier partners.

·        Research and negotiate the best shipping rates and service agreements.

·        Prepare and maintain accurate shipment records, including invoices, shipping documents, and tracking details.

·        Generate regular reports on shipping performance and costs.

·        Identify and implement cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions.

·        Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations is a plus.
