ROLE OBJECTIVE

To manage end-to-end tanker logistics, delivery execution, coordination with transports, depots, and internal teams, ensuring timely loading, safe transit, and successful unloading of edible oil consignments.

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🚚 Tanker & Delivery Operations

• Receive delivery orders from sales team

• Arrange tankers as per requirement

• Coordinate with depots / plants for loading

• Send tankers for loading and ensure timely dispatch

• Follow up with tanker drivers until unloading is completed

• Confirm unloading and delivery completion

📞 Coordination & Communication

• Daily communication with:

• Tanker drivers

• Transporters

• Depots / loading points

• Sales & accounts teams

• Share real-time delivery updates

• Resolve transit or unloading issues

📄 Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain loading & unloading reports in Excel

• Collect POD / unloading confirmation

• Share delivery documents with accounts department

• Maintain physical delivery files (date-wise / party-wise)

⏱️ Daily Monitoring

• Track ongoing tankers in transit

• Update delivery status regularly

• Escalate delays or issues immediately to management
