The Role:

The Machine Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth operation, upkeep, and reliability of all production and utility machinery. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, electrical repairs, utility maintenance, and minimizing machine downtime while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Carry out machine maintenance to ensure smooth and continuous production.

·        Handle machine breakdowns and perform quick electrical repairs to reduce downtime.

·        Execute preventive maintenance schedules for production and utility equipment.

·        Maintain and monitor utility systems such as compressors, DG sets, and water systems.

·        Ensure machine safety checks and compliance with safety standards.

·        Manage spare parts availability, usage, and reordering.

·        Maintain maintenance records, logs, and checklists.

·        Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and AMC work.

Required qualification and skills:

·        ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical with 1+ years of maintenance experience.

·        Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and electrical work.

·        Familiar with safety practices, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Working Days: 6 days
