Job Summary:

We are hiring Non-ITI Machine Operators for our pen tip manufacturing unit. This role is

ideal for 10th / 12th pass candidates who are willing to work in a manufacturing

environment and build a stable career in precision production. Selected candidates will be

trained to operate machines, maintain product quality, and follow safety and operational

standards.

Complete on-the-job training will be provided.

Eligibility Criteria

 Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Non-ITI candidates only)

 Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior manufacturing/production experience

 Age: Minimum 18 years

Key Responsibilities

 Operate and monitor pen tip manufacturing machines as per standard operating

procedures (SOPs).

 Ensure consistent production output while maintaining quality standards.

 Perform basic quality checks on finished products.

 Follow all safety guidelines, hygiene norms, and workplace discipline.

 Report machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor immediately.

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Basic understanding of factory or machine operations (training provided).

 Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.

 Physically fit to work in a shop-floor manufacturing environment.

 Disciplined, punctual, and team-oriented.

 Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes.

Salary & Compensation

 In-Hand Salary: ₹12,600 – ₹15,000 per month

(Final salary depends on interview performance)

 Additional Earnings: Overtime and performance-based incentives as per company

policy
