Machine Operator

• Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production machines (e.g., tablet compression, capsule filling, coating, blister packing).
• Set up machines before production runs, including calibration and adjustments.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment as per SOPs.
• Perform in-process checks and record production data accurately.
• Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues; escalate major problems to maintenance team.
• Maintain batch records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure minimal downtime and optimal machine performance.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and production teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / B.Pharm / Any relevant technical qualification.
