Machine Operator – Clean Room & Validation Specialist

Job Summary

Field Activity: As this is a Field Job, travel to client sites in and around Ahmedabad to perform on-site validation and machine testing.

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting industrial instrumentation and control systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, calibrate, and maintain process instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, transmitters)

Perform troubleshooting and repair of control systems, sensors, and field instruments

Read and interpret P&ID diagrams, loop diagrams, and wiring drawings

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems

Ensure instruments operate as per safety and quality standards

Assist in commissioning and shutdown activities

Maintain calibration records and maintenance logs

Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work systems

Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical

1–5 years of experience as an Instrument Technician

Knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA basics (preferred)

Experience with field instruments and control valves

Understanding of industrial safety standards

Ability to work in shifts and plant environments

Preferred Skills

Experience in oil & gas, chemical, power plant, cement, or pharma industries

Knowledge of calibration tools and test equipment

Familiarity with ISO / safety audits

Good documentation and reporting skills
