Job Description
We are looking for Maintenance cum Production Supervisor for our manufacturing unit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily production planning & monitoring
- Automatic / semi-automatic machine maintenance
- Minor breakdown troubleshooting
- Operator & helper supervision
- Daily production report & attendance tracking
- Quality & discipline maintenance on shop floor
- Coordination with management
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in manufacturing unit
- Basic mechanical / electrical maintenance knowledge
- Leadership & problem-solving skills
- Responsible & regular candidate
