• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities in alignment with AEL’s strategic focus areas, including green hydrogen, data centers, and infrastructure projects.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and digital platforms to support AEL’s growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders, to foster collaboration and drive business expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and align with AEL’s offerings.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for AEL’s business units.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance AEL’s market position in sectors such as transportation, logistics, and consumer goods.
• Assist in the preparation of business development reports and dashboards to track progress against targets and KPIs.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events that promote AEL’s portfolio and capabilities.
• Ensure alignment of business development activities with AEL’s broader mission of sustainable growth and shareholder value creation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales within relevant industries such as energy, infrastructure, or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of achieving business development targets and building strategic partnerships.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution.
