Manager - Civil

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects in the petrochemical industry, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets
• Manage and oversee all aspects of civil project activities, including site preparation, construction, and commissioning, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential project disruptions and ensure smooth project progression
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, performance metrics, and financial updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in civil engineering and project management, integrating relevant innovations into project planning and execution

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management (preferred)
• Minimum 9 years of experience in civil project management
