Manager - Civil

Responsibilities

• Review of GA drawings and detailed design calculation for elimination logical and syntax error and also to ensure data on drawings and design calculation is based on IS codes and  specifications.
• Review of EPCM deleverables including drawings, design reports, MTO & preparation of M.R with specs
• Periodic review and appove  MTO during Execution stage  
• Review of 3D model and take part in model review at different stages of project (30%,60% and 90%) to ensure that the structures /foundations  are clash free 
• Give Technical inputs and support as required by the project and procurement teams for resolution of Tender and procurement issues.
• Necessary site visits for monitoring , coordinating and resolving queries raised by EPCM/OE/Execution team during all stages of design/construction and pre-commissioning. To provide relevant knowledgeable practical skills in response and action for site visits and site surveys
• Planning and managing own activities, Presentation skill , Technical reporting and effective communication skill.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management (preferred.)
2. Minimum 9 years of experience in civil project management 
3. Knowledge of structural analysis software like Staad pro/Risha/SAP etc. . And foundation design software Like 3D Mat, Staad Foundation and connection design software like Limcon  etc
4. Knowledge of excel, word, math cad etc. for review/verification  of calculation submitted by EPCM/PMC/OE and also for determination of MTO at various stages of project.
5. Have capability to review of 3D model using SP3D,SPR, Navis works etc. for Petrochemical/refinery  Projects 
6. Knowledge of reviewing structural steel detailing through Tekla is desirable.
7. Knowledge of relevant IS code , specification and other standard practices  to used for Petrochemical/refinery  Projects 
8. Experience in design activities in Ductility design of RCC/Steel & foundation systems design using excel/hand calculation
