Masters in economics / public administration / MBA (Finance) / M. Com PG Diploma in Budget & Treasury / Financial Modelling/ PEFA / Certificate in Govt. Budgeting
"10+ years in budgeting or finance systems; 1 IFMS budget module project
Experience in budget reforms, gender budgeting, program-based budgeting in public sector"

2. PFM Domain Expert – Expenditure Management & Accounting

Master’s in Accounting / Public Finance / M.Com / MBA (Finance)/ M.A. Economics CA (ICAI) / ICWA (CMA Institute)/ Tally ERP Certified / Certificate in Government Accounting
"10+ years in public sector expenditure/ accounting with at least 1 IFMS module project
Experience with AG Office workflows, treasury payments, reconciliation"

3. PFM Domain Expert – Revenue, Assets & Investments

"Master’s in Public Finance
