Job Purpose: The Lead of Business Process Digitization drives the digital transformation of business processes, enhancing efficiency and innovation through advanced technologies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and maintaining a competitive edge.

Digital Strategy & Innovation: Partner with Marine & AALL on-ground and senior teams to identify pain points and opportunities. Develop digital roadmaps that reflect business priorities, not just technology trends. Introduce agentic AI concepts and intelligent automation tailored to operational realities.

Contextual AI Implementation: Ensure AI-enabled solutions are designed with Marine & AALL-specific data, processes, and compliance needs. Act as the business interpreter for AI models, guaranteeing relevance and adoption. Enable cross-functional intelligence but always with a business-first lens.

Product Management: Own the lifecycle of digital products – from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement, embedding intelligence and automation that directly improve operational KPIs.

Process Intelligence & Automation: Implement intelligent workflows to optimize business processes with measurable business impact. Deploy alert-based monitoring systems tailored to Marine & AALL operational realities for proactive issue resolution.

Responsible Innovation: Implement governance frameworks that reassure compliance teams while enabling innovation—tailored to Marine & AALL’s risk and regulatory environment.

Opportunity Discovery with Business ROI: Use AI-driven tools to identify automation opportunities but prioritize based on Marine & AALL’s strategic goals and measurable business outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the voice of Marine & AALL in digital initiatives, ensuring central teams and vendors deliver solutions that fit business needs.Act as a key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners.

Project Management: Lead end-to-end execution of business-specific digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. Define KPIs that reflect business adoption and ROI.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of digital product management, AI-enabled business solutions, and integration strategies with ability to contextualize them for Marine & AALL operations.

Proficiency in data analytics, intelligent automation, and alert-based systems with focus on measurable business impact and adoption.

Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and project leadership skills with emphasis on representing Marine & AALL business priorities in all digital initiatives.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment while ensuring compliance and operational alignment.

Proven track record of delivering business-centric digital solutions.
