Manager, East Logistics
Job Purpose
East logistics Tower Lead is responsible to manage end to end Logistics operations which includes major activities i.e. Warehouse operations, Control Tower Operations and Invoice support and bit of Supply Planning by driving Operations with excellence. The candidate would be expected to smartly align the priorities of Business stakeholders to multiple internal and external stakeholders. She/ He is expected to be work with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity
Essential Functions & Responsibilities need to manage via team
Warehouse Operations:
- Manage order lifecycle: open orders, STOs, PO support and Ariba PO creation; create/manual ASN when required.
- Coordinate inbound operations, warehouse activities and inventory control to maintain accurate stock and availability.
- Create and execute repack plans (including repalletization and base stock checks) and coordinate with vendors/3PLs on repack stock.
- Create FTLs and coordinate transport where needed; manage shipping documentation and IDoc resolution.
- Review and Approving Draft documents, Shipping documents processing & dispatch.
- Handle invoicing processes, blocked invoices, claims/non-physical disputes support month-end close activities.
- Monitor performance & KPIs, prepare regular reports and participate in operational calls/meetings; escalate issues and drive corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve
Control Tower Operations:
- Managing orders to the tune of $15mn each month, delivered from 12+ international geographies to the customers of MEA geography spread in 35+ Markets for 330+ SKUs with 96+ OTIF.
- End to end responsibility for Container & truck Booking, follow up with 9+ Logistics Service Providers and timely redressal of issues.
- Reviewing life cycle of open orders & ensuring orders are dispatched as per customer requested timelines.
- Review and Approving Draft docs, Shipping documents processing & dispatch, Responsible for LE shipment Plan inputs and Ship waves update.
- Tracking the SLAs and KPIs for the order management team in the MEA geography
- Acting as a bridge between various stakeholders like demand and supply planners, suppliers, customers, FSQ, finance for smooth and efficient fulfillment of orders to avoid delays in shipping.s
Invoice Support Operations:
- Invoices management & processing: Purchase invoice and third party invoice Processing within TAT
- Vendor communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Vendors, Shippers regarding Invoices payment status, Statement of Account (SOA), and any issues that arise due to discrepancy and provide solution.
- Process metric management: Partner alignment and teamwork activities, critical metric Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities and work with the cross functional team to implement best practices and improve overall efficiency.

- MBA or Graduates with 6- 8+ years of experience in Supply chain/Logistics Management
- Must: Working Knowledge in SAP, Proficient in Excel
- Working knowledge of SRM, OMP, Ariba, Excel Macro will be an added advantage.
- Hands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards Action.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English.
