Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Conduct diagnostic studies of PNG O&M covering MDPE/steel network, domestic, commercial and industrial installations, and cathodic protection systems.
• Improve key field KPIs such as call‑to‑restore time, leakage response, meter replacement cycle, and DPR-to-conversion timelines
• SAP Process Excellence: Ensure disciplined SAP PM/MM processes, material/spare management, and develop compliance dashboards; partner with IT for workflow automation.
• Process Standardization & Transformation: Develop SOPs for operations, maintenance, and safety; conduct gap analyses and benchmark performance.
• Ensure compliance with PNGRB T4S and internal safety procedures
• Analytics & Performance Management: Create performance dashboards, analyze failures, monitor costs, and report monthly O&M results to leadership.
• Publish monthly PNG O&M performance scorecards
• Digital, Automation & Innovation: Lead adoption of digital tools and automation to boost operational efficiency.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work with Projects, IT, Customer Service, Procurement, and Safety teams for end‑to‑end O&M integration

Qualifications

Education :-  BE/B. Tech -Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical/E & C

Experience :- 12-15 Years in CGD Gas Metering Expert 

Industry Specific Requirement :- Experience in Gas distribution, oil and Gas (Energy), utilities, or related sectors with a focus on physical and corporate security management.

Skill Required :- MS Office, SAP, data analytics
