Gas Metering and Loss Management Manager

Manager - SOUL

• Ensure high accuracy in gas reconciliation across custody transfer, distribution, and consumption points.
• Identify, analyze, and minimize technical and commercial gas losses through analytics and corrective actions. 
• Design and oversee surveillance frameworks to detect pilferage, tampering, and unauthorized gas usage.
• Enable digitized visibility of metering assets through AMR/AMI, GSM/GPRS, SCADA, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with PNGRB, Legal Metrology, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Establish QA/QC frameworks for metering installation, calibration, maintenance, and audits.
• Manage OEMs, system integrators, inspection agencies, and other external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Projects, IT, Commercial, and Regulatory teams across GAs.
• Develop dashboards, MIS, and performance reports for senior management.
• Build technical capability across GAs through training, reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Education :-  BE/B. Tech -Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical/E & C

Experience :- 16-20 Years in CGD Gas Metering Expert 

Industry Specific Requirement :- Experience in Gas distribution, oil and Gas (Energy), utilities, or related sectors with a focus on physical and corporate security management.

Skill Required :- AMR/Scada/Excel/Power BI
