Job Description
Manager - Team Member - Expediting
Responsibilities
Develop and execute expediting strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Oversee the expediting process, including monitoring order status, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to expedite critical items and resolve delivery issues
Conduct regular assessments and inspections to track progress and identify potential risks
Provide timely and accurate reports on the expediting status to management and project teams
Collaborate with quality control and logistics teams to maintain high standards of delivery performance
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards throughout the expediting process
Lead and mentor a team of expeditors to optimize performance and achieve departmental goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline expediting processes and enhance overall efficiency
Qualifications
| Educational Qualification: |
| BE in Mechanical Engineering with 18years+ experience in to Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries. |
| Experiences: |
| More than 18 years of experience of category expediting & Inspection management with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience of managing small-mid-sized teams |
| Experience of handling multi-disciplinary procurement of Goods & Services is preferred |
