Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead & Inquiry Management

• Handle daily leads/inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and marketplace messages.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with interested buyers to convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain CRM/lead status updates regularly.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Manage orders from Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and B2B platforms.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for packing, shipping, and dispatch.
• Ensure all orders are processed within SLA timelines.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

3. Conversion Optimization

• Improve lead-to-order conversion rates through effective communication and follow-up.
• Recommend relevant products, offers, or alternatives to maximize sales.
• Analyze reasons for lost leads and implement improvement strategies.

4. Customer Communication

• Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication.
• Provide order updates, availability, pricing, and delivery information.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues if needed.

5. Listing & Inventory Coordination

• Check product availability and update inventory on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia.
• Coordinate with catalog teams for listing corrections, price updates, and stock levels.
• Ensure product listings reflect accurate pricing, shipping terms, and specifications.

6. Account Health & Compliance

• Monitor order defect rates, cancellation rates, and return rates.
• Maintain positive seller metrics on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Follow marketplace policies and ensure compliance.

7. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, orders, conversions, cancellations, and returns.
• Track performance KPIs such as conversion rate, response time, and fulfillment accuracy.
• Suggest improvements to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction
