Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue by promoting our plastic mould manufacturing services to manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial clients.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries (automotive, packaging, FMCG, electronics, etc.)
  • Promote plastic injection mould design and manufacturing services
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to clients
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering/design teams
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and competitors
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Follow up on enquiries and manage the full sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems


  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (preferably in plastic moulding, injection moulding, or industrial manufacturing)
  • Strong understanding of plastic mould manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets

  • Knowledge of injection moulding machines and tooling
  • B2B industrial sales experience
  • Strong networking and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
