( Query on our web portal>Resolution with Proper Answer>Quotation>Order processing>Dispatch & Logistics Transit>Assembly issue if any>Turn a client in to satisfied Client. - Client interaction ( Text, Voice and If necessary then Video too) Via WhatsApp, Email, web Chatbox using Tools Like Tawk To, interakt, WhatsApp, Gmail, Zoho, Amazon Marketplace Mail box or any other cloud tool provided to you. Proper training will be provided. - Preparation of Quotation/ Estimate on Cloud based Software. - Preparing and Maintain Record of Generated Leads, Ongoing Leads, Failed Leads and Completed Leads on daily basis in Google sheets/ Excel or any other cloud tool. - Search & data Analysis for Perticular things over web and inhouse working cloud portal. Training will be provided. - Interaction with Clients on Amazon Mail box for for Answeing thier Order query. ( Proper Work segregation will be done between team members) - After Acessing learning curve, Further Stage of responsibility and new role learning will be Provided. - As a Growing Start up company, Some times Nuts and Bolts of routine Operation got stucks.
