Job Description

  • 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and inquiries for PCD pharma business.
  • Handle customer calls, share product lists, price lists, and marketing materials.
  • Convert inquiries into orders through effective follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and franchise partners.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and expand company’s PCD network.
  • Maintain data records of clients, calls, and daily work reporting.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and accounts for order processing & payments.
  • Promote company’s products through WhatsApp, calls, and digital marketing tools.
  • 🔹 Skills & RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Knowledge of pharma products and PCD franchise model.
  • Computer proficiency (Excel/Word, Email, WhatsApp marketing).
  • Ability to handle inquiries independently.
  • Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset.
  • 🔹 EducationAny Graduate / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Preferred)
  • 🔹 SalaryAs per industry standards + Incentives
