JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy, enhancing online presence, and engaging with fans through digital channels. This role focuses on leveraging digital platforms to maximize brand exposure and fan interaction.
Digital Marketing Lead - E3
Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:
- Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that leverages the latest technologies and platforms to engage fans and drive brand loyalty.
- Manage digital campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they meet strategic goals and deliver measurable results.
- Analyze digital marketing data to continually refine and optimize campaign performance across all digital channels.
Content and Social Media Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators and agencies to design digital content that resonates with the target audience and amplifies the brand's message.
- Oversee the management of social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each channel.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to Adani SportsLine's digital properties.
Digital Innovation and Technology Integration:
- Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, exploring new tools and technologies that can enhance fan engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Work with the IT department to integrate digital marketing tools, such as CRM systems and analytics platforms, into the marketing workflow.
- Champion the digitization and automation of marketing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

User Experience and Website Optimization:
- Oversee the user experience of Adani SportsLine's digital properties, ensuring websites and apps are intuitive, informative, and aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with web development teams to optimize site performance, enhance navigation, and improve conversion rates.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, with a focus on digital marketing.
Work Experience:
Experience of at least 12+ years in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing digital platforms and campaigns. Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
Preferred Industry:
Experience in the sports industry is preferred, with a focus on digital fan engagement and online brand building.
