Responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting plant machinery such as batching units, transit mixers, concrete pumps, and loaders to ensure smooth and efficient concrete production.

• Operate RMC plant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs.
• Monitor machinery during operations and report issues.
• 1–4 years of experience in RMC or construction machinery.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and safety protocols.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
