Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HVAC system designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
- Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components based on system requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate designs with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines.
- Ensure HVAC designs comply with local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and environmental regulations.
- Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor installation progress.
- Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
